A high-energy animation done completely in After-Effects to showcase our beloved video game character from the 80s: Pac-Man
After countless hours of working at a slow pace, I bring you: A Tribute to Pac-Man. This has been a side project i’ve been working on in my free time for about a month. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.

I was inspired to make this animation after hearing this Pac-man song in my car on my MP3 player. It had been years since I had heard this song, and I was compelled to make something in hopes to bring it back from the dead. I know alot of people havn’t heard this song, but its originally by Richard D James.
I do not want this video to be uploaded to EbaumsWorld at all. If the video is there, it was posted without my permission. Right now i’m submitting it to YouTube and Google Video.
Technical: After Effects 7, used with Mame MNG video creation.
No audio was taken from the emulator.
Video was edited using low quality scaling to keep the pixelated look consistant through the piece.
This is a 60FPS progressive source., however it has been scaled to 640×480 to make it large enough to view on high resolution screens.
Pretty damn cool.
